What to know about local CV conventions before you apply in this country.
In Poland, a photo is still relatively common but declining under EU anti-discrimination pressure. 1-2 pages is normal. A Poland-specific quirk: your CV needs a personal-data-processing consent clause (GDPR) included.
These are general guidelines based on common practice, not hard rules — a specific employer's expectations can differ. When in doubt, it's safe to keep both a with-photo and a without-photo version ready.
