This page puts in one place who provides CodexCV, how to reach us, what we sell and at what price, how you can pay, and your rights — as required by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Electronic Commerce".

3. Payment partner (Merchant of Record)
Payments for paid plans are accepted by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA). As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy processes your card details, calculates and remits any applicable VAT/sales tax, and emails you the receipt and invoice.
Your card details never reach CodexCV's servers and are never stored by us.
4. What we sell
- Free plan — $0: create CVs, portfolios and reference letters, all templates, PDF/Word/text export, job search tracker.
- Job Search Pass — $7.99 (≈ 13.58 AZN), one-time payment, 90 days of Pro features, does not renew.
- AI Plus (monthly) — $5.99 (≈ 10.18 AZN) / month, renews every month until cancelled.
- AI Plus (annual) — $57.48 (≈ 97.72 AZN) / year, renews every year until cancelled.
The only thing we sell is digital features of the CodexCV software (AI tools and extra capabilities). We do not sell job postings, candidate data, recruitment, placement or consulting services. Details: Terms of Service.
5. Prices and taxes
- Prices are shown in US dollars; an approximate amount in Azerbaijani manat (≈ AZN), at a fixed rate close to the Central Bank's, is shown for information.
- Any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country is shown separately on the checkout page before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
- Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion fee — this is outside our and Lemon Squeezy's control.
6. Payment methods
- Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards.
- PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available on your device and in your country).
- All payments are made on Lemon Squeezy's secure (PCI DSS) checkout page.
7. Delivery
All products are digital services; nothing is shipped physically.
Your plan is activated on your account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually within seconds). If activation is delayed, write to us and we'll fix it right away.
8. Cancellation, refunds and your statutory rights
You can cancel AI Plus at any time with one click in your Account. The 14-day money-back guarantee and its conditions: Refund policy.
These terms never limit your rights under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and "On Electronic Commerce".
9. Complaints
Write to seyidzade.mirnicat@gmail.com with any complaint — we reply within 2 business days and work to resolve it.
If we can't reach agreement, you have the right to contact the competent consumer-protection authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan or the courts.
