In Saudi Arabia, the pattern is similar to the UAE: local firms may expect a photo, multinationals don't require one. Nationality/visa status is often relevant because of Saudization hiring quotas. 1-2 pages is normal.
These are general guidelines based on common practice, not hard rules — a specific employer's expectations can differ. When in doubt, it's safe to keep both a with-photo and a without-photo version ready.
