In Turkey, a photo is expected at local/traditional companies (its absence gets noticed) and optional at multinationals. 1-2 pages is normal, with a passport-style photo usually placed in the top-right corner.
These are general guidelines based on common practice, not hard rules — a specific employer's expectations can differ. When in doubt, it's safe to keep both a with-photo and a without-photo version ready.
